Vegan Flourless Brownies

These brownies are flourless, super fudgey, and gooey. They have the perfect gooey middle center with a crisp flaky top and edge. All you need is a handful of ingredients and one bowl!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • ½ Cup Apple Sauce
  • Cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Flax Egg
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing or a lined a 9x9 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and apple sauce. MIx untl well combined.
  • Then sift in the cocoa powder and gently whisk until well combined.
  • Lastly, add in the baking soda and salt. Fold in extra chocolate chips if you would like.
  • Transfer into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
