Vegan Flourless Brownies
These brownies are flourless, super fudgey, and gooey. They have the perfect gooey middle center with a crisp flaky top and edge. All you need is a handful of ingredients and one bowl!

- ½ Cup Almond Butter
- ½ Cup Apple Sauce
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Flax Egg
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing or a lined a 9x9 baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and apple sauce. MIx untl well combined.
Then sift in the cocoa powder and gently whisk until well combined.
Lastly, add in the baking soda and salt. Fold in extra chocolate chips if you would like.
Transfer into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
