Vegan Blender Apple Pie Pancakes

Say hello to the easiest and fluffiest pancakes that will brighten up anyone's day. These pancakes are vegan and made in a blender. It is the perfect stack that tastes just like an apple pie but in pancake form.

Ingredients
  

Pancakes

  • 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oatmeal
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Nondairy Milk
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 Apple chopped
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Begin by grabbing a blender and blending the oatmeal first until flour-like conistency.
  • Then add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Let that sit for 5 mintues to thicken.
  • Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat and grease with cooking spray or oil of choice.
  • Scoop the batter into the pan and cover with a lid When bubbles start to form flip the pancakes and flip for an additional 30-60 seconds. Repeat until no batter is left.
  • To make the apple topping, place the chopped-up apple pieces in the same pan with coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook until soft.
  • Top the pancakes off with the apples and some caramel or maple syrup.
