The BEST Banana Bread

This is the BEST banana bread I have ever made. Think super thick slices of banana bread that are super moist, fluffy, and bursting with banana flavor in each bite. It comes together with just 7 ingredients and tastes even better heated up!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Paleo Flour
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Flax Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2-3 Bananas

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating the oven to 400°F and greasing or lining a loaf pan.
  • Next, make the flax egg by combining the water and flax meal and set aside.   
  • Then in a large bowl mash the bananas. It is okay if there are still chunks.   
  • Now, slowly add in the wet ingredients- maple syrup and the flax eggs.
  • Then, add in the dry ingredients- flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. If the batter is too thick add a splash of almond milk.
  • Once everything is well combined, you can fold in the optional add-ins.
  • Place into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
