The BEST Banana Bread
This is the BEST banana bread I have ever made. Think super thick slices of banana bread that are super moist, fluffy, and bursting with banana flavor in each bite. It comes together with just 7 ingredients and tastes even better heated up!

- 2 cups Paleo Flour
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Flax Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ⅓ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Milk
- 2-3 Bananas
Start by preheating the oven to 400°F and greasing or lining a loaf pan.
Next, make the flax egg by combining the water and flax meal and set aside.
Then in a large bowl mash the bananas. It is okay if there are still chunks.
Now, slowly add in the wet ingredients- maple syrup and the flax eggs.
Then, add in the dry ingredients- flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. If the batter is too thick add a splash of almond milk.
Once everything is well combined, you can fold in the optional add-ins.
Place into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
