Single Serving Baked Apple Crisp

This single serving apple crisp is the best comfort food for a rainy and crisp fall day. The apples get super soft and juicy adding a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped apple
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped nuts of choice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a ramekin or a small baking dish combine all the ingredients except for the cinnamon and apple.
  • Next, chop up the apple into small pieces and coat it in cinnamon.
  • Slowly mix in the apple with the rest of the ingredients and top with more cinnamon.
  • Place into the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Once it has turned a golden-brown color, take it out of the oven and top with ice cream!
