Protein Chocolate Oat Squares

These fudgy chocolate oat squares are made with 5 simple ingredients and are no-bake!

Ingredients
  

Protein Chocolate Oat Base

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

Chocolate Fudge Layer

  • 8 Oz Chocolate Chips melted
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl simply combine all the ingredients for the oat layer (rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup). Mix until a sticky dough forms. If the texture is not sticky enough add more peanut butter.
  • Next, in a separate bowl melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt the chocolate in 20-second increments making sure to stir each time.
  • Transfer 3/4 of the oat mixture into a lined loaf pan.
  • Then, once the chocolate is fully melted, stir in the remaining peanut butter. The consistency should be smooth.
  • Once combined, pour the chocolate over the oat base. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  • Lastly, place that into the freezer to set for 1 hr.
  • Once fully set take it out of the freezer, and let it sit out for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
