One-Pan Easy Almond Croissant Baked Oatmeal

Another variation of my favorite breakfast! It is easy, healthy, and a great meal-prep breakfast option. This almond croissant flavor is to die for!

Ingredients
  

Oatmeal

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 ¼ Cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder

Almond Frangipane

  • ¼ Cup Almond Flour
  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, mash the ripe bananas. If there are still small lumps, that is fine!
  • Once the bananas are mashed, add the milk, almond butter, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Then add in the dry ingredients (oats, baking powder).
  • In a separate bowl, add the remaining almond butter, maple syrup, and almond flour. Mix until combined.
  • Lastly, dollop 1 tbsp size spoonfuls onto the oat mixture and spread evenly on top.
  • Top off the oats with almonds and place that into the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let the oat bake cool completely and top it off with powdered sugar.
