Oatmeal
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Mashed Bananas
- 1 ¼ Cups Almond Milk
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ Cup Almond Butter
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
Almond Frangipane
- ¼ Cup Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Almond Butter
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a 9x13 baking dish, mash the ripe bananas. If there are still small lumps, that is fine!
Once the bananas are mashed, add the milk, almond butter, and maple syrup. Mix well.
Then add in the dry ingredients (oats, baking powder).
In a separate bowl, add the remaining almond butter, maple syrup, and almond flour. Mix until combined.
Lastly, dollop 1 tbsp size spoonfuls onto the oat mixture and spread evenly on top.
Top off the oats with almonds and place that into the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Let the oat bake cool completely and top it off with powdered sugar.
