Ingredients

  • 1 cup paleo baking flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • First grab your waffle maker and plug it in so that it can heat up when you are making the waffle batter.
  • Next, in a medium-sized bowl, mash the banana unless there are no lumps. Then add in the dry ingredients.
  • Lastly, add in your liquid of choice and mix it until a thick consistency. It should not be runny.
  • When your waffle maker is ready, spray the inside of the waffle maker and slowly add in the batter 1 tbsp at a time. Do not overfill or it will spill out on the sides.
  • According to your waffle maker cook as long as it takes for it to turn a golden-brown color.
  • Repeat these steps above until no batter remains.
