Copycat RX Maple Sea Salt Bars
RX Maple Sea Salt Bars are hands down my favorite protein bars. They are made with only a handful of ingredients which are listed on the packaging. Mine requires only 5 main ingredients and the flavors can be customized to your liking!

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup mejool dates
- ¼ cup collagen powder
- ¼ cup egg white protein
- flaky sea salt
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor except the sea salt and pulse until well combined.
It is okay if there are still chucks on dates and nuts.
Once the mixture is sticky but manageable to work with, transfer onto parchment paper and shape it in a large rectangle.
Place into the fridge or freezer to set for about an hour.
Once they have set take it out and sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top and cut them into bars.
