Copycat RX Maple Sea Salt Bars

RX Maple Sea Salt Bars are hands down my favorite protein bars. They are made with only a handful of ingredients which are listed on the packaging. Mine requires only 5 main ingredients and the flavors can be customized to your liking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup mejool dates
  • ¼ cup collagen powder
  • ¼ cup egg white protein
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor except the sea salt and pulse until well combined.
  • It is okay if there are still chucks on dates and nuts.
  • Once the mixture is sticky but manageable to work with, transfer onto parchment paper and shape it in a large rectangle.
  • Place into the fridge or freezer to set for about an hour.
  • Once they have set take it out and sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top and cut them into bars.
