Say hello to the quickest snack that will be your new favorite! Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Bites are the perfect snack when you are craving something sweet and wholesome and are ready to be less than 5 minutes. It is a combination of salty, sweet, and crunchy all in one.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oatmeal
  • ¼ Cup Nut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Chopped Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor start by processing the rolled oats until flour-like consistency.
  • Then add in the nut butter and maple syrup. Process until well combined. The consistency should be thick and cookie dough-like. If it is too dry add more maple syrup. If it is too wet add more oats.
  • Scoop out the batter and fold in chopped-up chocolate chunks.
  • Then grab a cookie scoop and scoop out tbsp-sized bite-size balls and place it onto a lined parchment paper.
  • Place into the fridge for 30 minutes to set or eat straight away.
