Brookie Protein Balls

Brookie; brownie + cookie. Just the right amount of chocolate and just the right amount of cookie. These energy balls are super soft and sweetened with dates. An easy snack to store in the fridge all week long for those sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients
  

Brownie

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 5 mejool dates
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 5 mejool dates
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • ¼ cup scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk

Instructions
 

  • Grab two mixing bowls and add the brownie ingredients to one and the cookie dough ingredients into another.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until it becomes sticky. Add more or less milk as needed. It should be able to form a ball easily.  
  • Next, take ½ tbsp of each mixture and combine them together to form a ball.  
  • Repeat this step until no batter is left.
