Apple Cider Donuts
All the fall spices are packed into one donut. This donut is super soft and moist, perfect for breakfast or even dessert. Cozy up with a donut in hand this fall!

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Cassava Flour
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon Date Spread
- 3 tbsp Nut Butter
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Apple Cider
- 1 Flax Egg
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the maple syrup, apple cider, flax egg, date spread, and nut butter. Mix well.
Then slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix. Do not over mix.
Next, grease a donut pan and fill the pans about 2/3 full.
Place into the oven for 20ish minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
Once the donuts have come out of the oven, coat them in the cinnamon-sugar coating while hot. You may need to use a little bit of coconut oil so that the mixture sticks.
