3 Ingredient Small Batch Chia Seed Jam

10 minutes is all you need to make this chia seed jam. It is vegan, paleo, and sugar-free! Perfect on toast and healthier than store-bought!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Date syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, add the frozen blueberries on medium-low and let that simmer for 5 minutes. Mash with a fork to release the juices.
  • Turn off the heat, and stir in the chia seeds and date syrup. Let that sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Once completely cooled, spread on top of toast and enjoy!
