- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Date syrup
In a small saucepan, add the frozen blueberries on medium-low and let that simmer for 5 minutes. Mash with a fork to release the juices.
Turn off the heat, and stir in the chia seeds and date syrup. Let that sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Once completely cooled, spread on top of toast and enjoy!
