- 1 ½ Cups Greek Yogurt
- 4 Eggs
- 5 Tbsp Corn Starch
Preheat the oven to 350℉
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix the Greek yogurt and eggs together until well combined.
Then add in the corn starch. Mix again until well incorporated.
Transfer the batter into a lined and greased 9-inch circular pan.
Place that into the oven for 50 minutes.
Once fully cooked, take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool on the counter for at least 1 hour. Top it off with jam, honey, or any additional toppings you would like.
