Single Serve Baked Apple Crisp

September 1, 2020

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This single-serving apple crisp is the best comfort food for a rainy and crisp fall day. The apples get super soft and juicy adding a burst of flavor to every bite.

An easy fall treats to use up all those extra apples you may have on hand. This apple crisp is made with a granola-like base, loaded with apples, and topped off with ice cream. This is also single-serving so you can enjoy it all to yourself!

Don’t like apples? Use strawberries, raspberries, or another fruit of choice!

Ingredients Needed to Make this Single-Serving Baked Apple Crisp

  • Apple– If you do not like apple swap it out for another fruit.
  • Rolled Oats– I suggest using rolled oats as opposed to steal cut as the texture will differ. Use gluten free if desired.
  • Almond flour- You can swap this out for oat flour or another flour of choice.
  • Nut butter- Adds sweetness. Swap for maply syrup or honey.
  • Coconut oil- This binds all the ingredients together.
  • Chopped Nuts
  • Cinnamon

How to Make This Single-Serving Baked Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a ramekin or a small baking dish combine all the ingredients except for the cinnamon and apple.
  3. Next, chop up the apple into small pieces and coat it in cinnamon.
  4. Slowly mix in the apple with the rest of the ingredients and top with more cinnamon.
  5. Place into the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Once it has turned a golden-brown color, take it out of the oven and top with ice cream!
