An easy fall treats to use up all those extra apples you may have on hand. This apple crisp is made with a granola-like base, loaded with apples, and topped off with ice cream. This is also single-serving so you can enjoy it all to yourself!
Don’t like apples? Use strawberries, raspberries, or another fruit of choice!
Ingredients Needed to Make this Single-Serving Baked Apple Crisp
- Apple– If you do not like apple swap it out for another fruit.
- Rolled Oats– I suggest using rolled oats as opposed to steal cut as the texture will differ. Use gluten free if desired.
- Almond flour- You can swap this out for oat flour or another flour of choice.
- Nut butter- Adds sweetness. Swap for maply syrup or honey.
- Coconut oil- This binds all the ingredients together.
- Chopped Nuts
- Cinnamon
How to Make This Single-Serving Baked Apple Crisp
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a ramekin or a small baking dish combine all the ingredients except for the cinnamon and apple.
- Next, chop up the apple into small pieces and coat it in cinnamon.
- Slowly mix in the apple with the rest of the ingredients and top with more cinnamon.
- Place into the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once it has turned a golden-brown color, take it out of the oven and top with ice cream!

- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped nuts of choice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
