What You Need:

  • Greek Yogurt- Make sure you are using Greek yogurt as opposed to regular yogurt since it needs to be thick!
  • Eggs
  • Corn Starch

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix the Greek yogurt and eggs together until well combined.
  3. Then add in the corn starch. Mix again until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the batter into a lined and greased 9-inch circular pan.
  5. Place that into the oven for 50 minutes.
  6. Once fully cooked, take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool on the counter for at least 1 hour. Top it off with jam, honey, or any additional toppings you would like.

Tips

  • The cheesecake is not sweet, so if you would like it to be sweet simply add maple syrup, honey, or sugar into the batter or when fully cooked.
  • This stores great in the fridge and I like to eat it cold.
  • You can also add fruit or even chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Make sure you are using Greek yogurt as opposed to regular yogurt as it can affect the texture.
