What You Need:
- Greek Yogurt- Make sure you are using Greek yogurt as opposed to regular yogurt since it needs to be thick!
- Eggs
- Corn Starch
How To:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix the Greek yogurt and eggs together until well combined.
- Then add in the corn starch. Mix again until well incorporated.
- Transfer the batter into a lined and greased 9-inch circular pan.
- Place that into the oven for 50 minutes.
- Once fully cooked, take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool on the counter for at least 1 hour. Top it off with jam, honey, or any additional toppings you would like.
Tips
- The cheesecake is not sweet, so if you would like it to be sweet simply add maple syrup, honey, or sugar into the batter or when fully cooked.
- This stores great in the fridge and I like to eat it cold.
- You can also add fruit or even chocolate chips to the batter.
- Make sure you are using Greek yogurt as opposed to regular yogurt as it can affect the texture.
