Anything with sprinkles just makes for a good time. This Funfetti Skillet Cake is a vanilla base and filled with sprinkles in every bite. Anyone who eats this will have a smile on their face!

I don’t know about you but whenever I see sprinkles it just screams childhood memories to me when life was stress-free & the only thing I had to worry about was if I wanted mac & cheese or chicken nuggets for lunch.

But who said adults can not have some fun and be still obsessed with sprinkles. This Funfetti Skillet Cake is perfect for a date night or even to enjoy all by yourself because you can actually eat it right off the skillet with a spoon.

Ingredients Need To Make This Funfetti Skillet Cake

  • Paleo Flour– If you are not strictly paleo, you can use all-purpose or even gluten-free.
  • Apple Sauce– This keeps the cake moist, but you can use banana as well.
  • Maple Syrup– Depending on how sweet you want the cake add more or less.
  • Nondairy Milk– You can use any milk of choice.
  • Baking Powder
  • Sprinkles– DUH

How To Make This Funfetti Skillet Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 and grease your skillet.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl combine all the dry ingredients first and then wet.
  3. If your batter is too dry add an additional tbsp of non-dairy milk.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles and pour the batter into the skillet.
  5. Top with more sprinkles and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool before icing! This recipe serves 1-2 people.
