This creamy and decadent chocolate protein frosty is the perfect post-workout smoothie, snack, or even when you are craving something sweet!

When I tell you I have been drinking this every day for the past two years, I am not joking. I seriously crave this every day because it is that good. It is only made with a handful of simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. It is also super customizable so you can add more ingredients and omit if you want. The key ingredient here is the protein powder.

Ingredients Needed To Make this Chocolate Protein Frosty

Equipment

  • Blender- You will need a high-speed blender.

Frosty

  • Protein Powder- I like to use a good quality protein powder. I would recommend Ancient Nutrition or Legion. If you would like to purchase from Legion you can use my discount code FITFAN to save some money.
  • Banana- Make sure to use frozen bananas so we can achieve a creamy texture.
  • Peanut Butter Powder- I like to use the brand Naked but you can also use a regular nut butter that is not powdered.
  • Cocoa Powder- This makes the frosty more “chocolaty”
  • Salt- This is optional. It enhances the chocolate flavor.
  • Milk or Water- You can use either milk or water as your liquid base.
  • Ice

How To Make this Chocolate Protein Frosty

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add additional liquid if needed. Blend until creamy and smooth.

FAQ:

  • If your smoothie is too runny add more ice. If your smoothie is too thick add more liquid.
  • Using a high-quality protein powder makes or breaks the consistency.

  • 1 Cup Water or Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender. Add additional liquid if needed. Blend until creamy and smooth.
