All you need is 3 ingredients and you will have copycat Reese’s PB eggs that are healthier and cheaper to make. These come together in 10 minutes from start to finish.
One of my favorite candies ever is Reese’s PB Cups. I mean who does not love chocolate and peanut butter. While they are one of the best candies out there, they are not the most nutritious which is why I do not eat them that often. Don’t get me wrong I preach balance but I also wanted to try to recreate them at home and I think I have nailed the recipe, well they are not hard to make at all.
My version only requires 3 ingredients which you probably already have at home. It is super simple so anyone can make them and they are the perfect Easter Day treat. You can even make these with your little one. They are also made with simple ingredients that are not added with extra sugar and unnecessary preservatives.
Ingredients Needed to Make These 3 Ingredient Reese’s PB Eggs
- Chocolate- Any chocolate of choice will work. Preferably ones that have no extra add-ins like quinoa or dried fruit so it can melt well.
- Peanut Butter– Any nut butter of choice can be substituted. Make sure the only ingredient is peanut, cashew, or almond, depending on the nut butter you choose.
- Maple Syrup – This adds sweetness to the peanut butter. You can also use honey.
