An easy way to sneak in extra protein. These cookie dough balls only require 5 ingredients and are no-bake! Your new favorite snack!

The best pre-workout, post-workout, simple snack option that is easy, convenient, and simple. I know many have struggled to get enough protein in so incorporating them into yummy snacks is the best way to sneak them in! Protein balls are always my go-to when I want a quick snack because they come together in 10 minutes and require only 5 ingredients. You can also make a huge batch of these and store them in the fridge for the week!

Why You’ll Love These No-Bake Protein Cookie Dough Balls

  • No-bake; there is nothing better than a no-bake recipe because it requires less time. There is no baking time involved and you do not have to wait for them to cool down.
  • There are so many flavor options here! You can use other add-ins instead of chocolate.
  • Easy way to sneak in some extra protein!
  • These are snacks that can be made for the entire week meaning they store well in the fridge!

What You Need To Make These No-Bake Protein Cookie Dough Balls

  • Oat Flour- You can make yours at home by blending up oatmeal until flour consistency.
  • Protein Powder- Any protein powder of your choice will work! I like using Legion, DC: FITFAN
  • Nut Butter- I used cashew butter, but you can use almond, peanut, or even sunflower!
  • Date Syrup- Swap this out for maple syrup or honey if you do not have date syrup.
  • Chocolate Chips

How To Make These No-Bake Protein Cookie Dough Balls

  1. In a large bowl combine the oat flour, protein powder, nut butter, and date syrup.
  2. Mix until a doughy consistency forms. If it is too dry add more date syrup, if the texture is too wet, add more protein powder or oat flour.
  3. Once well combined, pour in as many chocolate chips as you would like scoop out a heaping tbsp, and form into balls.
  4. Eat straight away or store in an air-tight container for the week!

Tips

  • If the mixture is too dry add more date syrup, if the texture is too wet, add more protein powder or oat flour.
  • Feel free to add other mix-ins like nuts, dried fruit, or even chia seeds!
