Ingredients Need To Make This Funfetti Skillet Cake
- Paleo Flour– If you are not strictly paleo, you can use all-purpose or even gluten-free.
- Apple Sauce– This keeps the cake moist, but you can use banana as well.
- Maple Syrup– Depending on how sweet you want the cake add more or less.
- Nondairy Milk– You can use any milk of choice.
- Baking Powder
- Sprinkles– DUH
How To Make This Funfetti Skillet Cake
- Preheat the oven to 325 and grease your skillet.
- In a medium-sized bowl combine all the dry ingredients first and then wet.
- If your batter is too dry add an additional tbsp of non-dairy milk.
- Fold in the sprinkles and pour the batter into the skillet.
- Top with more sprinkles and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before icing! This recipe serves 1-2 people.
