A sharable cookie that will get the whole family drooling. This cookie skillet is a one-bowl recipe, so it doubles as an easy clean-up.
Chocolate Chip Cookies will always have a special place in my heart. This is the ULTIMATE copy-cat restaurant-style cookie skillet made right from the comfort of your home. It is ooey-gooey and loaded with chocolate that will make your family craving more. It is made in one bowl and only with 7 ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
Why do I love this cookie skillet?
- It is sharable- You can share it with 2 people and just scoop it out of the skillet! A perfect family friendly dessert or a date night treat!
- Top if off with ice cream- The ice cream will start to melt into the cookie making it extra decadent.
- Only 7 ingridents- Yes, only 7 ingreidnets! I wanted to keep this recipe as simple as possible.
- One bowl- I know I keep mentioning this but I hate doing dishes so one-bowl recipe are a life saver.
Ingredients Needed To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
- Almond Flour– I love using this flour because it is grain free and adds a little bit of a nutty taste!
- Coconut Sugar– Swap this out for regular or dark brown sugar.
- Baking Powder– This will help the cookie rise a little.
- Nut Butter– Any all natural runny nut butter would work.
- Flax Egg– If not vegan, use a regular egg.
- Chocolate Chips– As many as you like.
- Sea Salt
